Once the greatest war general of the Kentilan Empire, Toddboy was sentenced to death by Emperor Kentilan for saving 'The Sames' during the purge. He escaped from prison after having his arm cut off with help from Luna and Sage. Now he runs The Springs, a small city within Sector Three.
