One of Mother's originals, but was rejected for being too weak. After being disposed to the wastelands, Rapha was saved by the mystery man known only as The Creator. When he was rebuilt, Rapha became the personal bodyguard or The Creator and Isabel Rae. He is mostly recognized as the leader singer of Pinche Gringo and the reject brother of The Three.
