The only known non-cyborganic citizen birthed by Mother. The day she was born, Phara was taken by The Creator from Mother during the event known as 'The Embracing of The Sadness'. Phara's original body still lives within Mother's glass womb. She is also the only non-mystirical that can control Indigo.
